Find Great Deals at the London Designer Outlet

A trip to Wembley is not complete without going to the London Designer Outlet (LDO), whether it’s to eat, go on a shopping spree or simply window shop. The LDO has a great selection of clothes and accessory stores, restaurants and even its own cinema. The atmosphere is amazing, plus you can get some awesome discounts. On match days and during sales, it gets super busy too!!

The LDO opened in 2013 as part of the regeneration in Wembley Park, and was the first outlet in London. It is conveniently located near the SSE Arena and Wembley Stadium, where construction of new apartments is also taking place.

Getting to the LDO

There are also good public transport links as Wembley Stadium Station is right on the doorstep. Furthermore, Wembley Park Station is a ten- minute walk away and Wembley Central Station is a twenty- minute walk. For those who prefer to drive, there is a car park with parking at £1 an hour.

70% Off RRP at the London Designer Outlet!!

If you are clothes shopping or a food lover, then this is the place for you! For clothes shopping, go to places are the Nike Factory, Adidas, and Guess. Recently, Puma opened too. If you are looking for something more formal, there are shops such as NEXT and Moss.

And it doesn’t stop there, because if you are specifically shopping for shoes, there are shoe shops such as Converse and Sketchers too. In these shops, you will find deals of up to 70% off the RRP throughout the year. My favourite shops are Sketchers and the Nike Factory, because there are so many good shoes you can find here, and Guess.

Places to eat at the London Designer Outlet

For food lovers, you are also spoilt for choice here because there are so many restaurants to choose from including Las Iguanas and Pizza Express. Cuisines range from Italian to street food. These restaurants can be found on the third floor. However, most of the restaurants are commercial names, so if you’re looking for local food, then it’s better to head to Wembley Central or Ealing Road.

Events at the LDO throughout the year

For an outlet, it is smaller than other ones I’ve been to, but this doesn’t matter too much- there is a reason why Yoda said, “size matters not”. The semi outdoor layout and atmosphere make up for this. It’s a good place to come to throughout the year, as there is always something going on here.

Each month, there are screenings at the outdoor cinema, and events such as ice skating. There are information signs dotted around the Park with events taking place. At Christmas, all the decorations and trees are out, making the place look amazing at night. In February, lanterns are out for Chinese New Year and in summer, there is even a mini beach.

Verdict

Overall, if you are looking for places to shop in London then it’s definitely worth visiting the LDO. It’s amazing deals and modern atmosphere make it a great place to do shopping, and during the sales, you are guaranteed to find something you like.
